Our team has been making light in Guzhen since 2014, and this factory is built on those years of hands-on work — grown, not bought. This page exists for one reason: to show that we are a factory, not a trading desk with a catalogue. Everything below happens in our own workshop.

Six things we do in-house

Any of these can be outsourced by a trading company and marked up. Doing them ourselves is where the quality and the price come from. Every photo on this page is our own workshop — no stock images.

Metal fabrication

Cutting, bending, welding and grinding of steel, brass and aluminium frames in-house. Arms are jigged so a multi-arm piece actually comes out symmetrical.

Glass & shade assembly

Hand stranding, wiring and hanging. Shades and glass are checked piece by piece, and spares are included so one breakage in transit does not stop your handover.

Electrical & QC

Drivers and LED modules sourced from approved suppliers with certificates on file. Every fixture is lit and burn-in tested before packing — the photo above is a real test run.

Packing that survives freight

Foam cradles inside cartons, and wooden crates for fragile or oversized pieces. A repeat order six months later ships in the same box spec, so nothing changes between batches.

This illuminated signage run was cut, painted and wired to the client’s artwork, then packed with the lettering protected for sea freight.
